How to Buy and Set Up Your Online Store

Purchasing an IHASHOP store involves choosing the right plan for your business, completing the order and payment, waiting for the store setup, and signing in to the admin panel for the first time. Follow the steps below to complete the process smoothly.

1. Choose Your Plan

Select the plan that best suits your needs from the Plans section on ihashop.com. Plans may differ by product capacity, included modules, and additional services. When you are unsure, you can begin with a smaller plan and upgrade later as your requirements grow.

2. Create Your Order

Continue to checkout by clicking the Buy Now button on the selected plan. If you do not yet have an account, you can create one during checkout. Enter your billing information completely. For a corporate invoice, also provide your tax number and tax office details.

3. Complete Your Payment

• Credit or debit card: After a successful payment, your order is automatically moved to the approval process.
• Bank transfer or EFT: Bank account details are displayed after the order is created. Once the transfer is complete, upload your receipt from the order details page in your account. Your payment is reviewed and approved during business hours.

4. Wait for Your Store Setup

The store setup process begins after your payment is approved. When the setup is complete, the following information is assigned to your account and sent by email:

• Your store's temporary live address
• The admin panel login address
• Your admin panel login credentials

5. Sign In for the First Time

Open the admin panel address provided to you and sign in with your email address and password. For account security, we recommend changing your password during the first login and enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) from your profile.
