Acquiring e-mail addresses belonging to your brand and using them for store notifications.

Why Use a Corporate Email Address?

  • An address belonging to your brand, such as [email protected], looks more trustworthy and professional than a free email address.
  • When order emails are sent from an address that matches your domain, the risk of those messages being marked as spam is reduced.
  • As your team grows, you can create an organized communication structure with addresses such as [email protected] and [email protected].

How to Obtain Corporate Email

  1. Select the package that suits your required number of accounts and storage quota from the Corporate Email section on ihashop.com.
  2. After the order, our team creates your email accounts and provides the information required to route your domain's MX records.
  3. You can access your email through webmail or from an email application on your phone or computer by using the supplied IMAP/SMTP details.

Connect It to Store Notifications

Follow these steps to use your corporate email address as the sender address for your store:

  1. Open Notification Center → Email Settings in the admin panel.
  2. Enter your SMTP details: server, port, username, and password.
  3. Enter your corporate email address, such as [email protected], in the username field.
  4. Send a test email to verify the configuration.

After the configuration is complete, order confirmations, shipping notifications, and other store emails are sent from your brand's email address.

Attention: Do not modify the A and CNAME records used for web routing while editing MX records in DNS. Email and web routing records operate independently.
