Differences Between Packages and Choosing the Right One
Learn how IHASHOP packages are structured and how to choose the package that suits your business.
IHASHOP packages are structured according to your store's capacity and included features. The contents of each package are listed item by item on the Packages page at ihashop.com.
Main Factors That Differentiate Packages
- Included modules: Features such as marketplace integrations, WhatsApp Support, and e-Invoice may be included in higher-tier packages; in lower-tier packages, they can be purchased separately through the Module Market.
- Additional services: Services such as hosting capacity, SSL certificates, and corporate email may vary by package.
- Support scope: The support-ticket system is available with every package, while priority and scope may differ according to the package.
How Should You Choose?
- If you are just getting started: An entry package may be sufficient. Add your products and make your first sales; as your needs become clearer, you can add modules or upgrade your package.
- If you are migrating an existing store: Review the mid- or upper-tier packages according to your product and order volume and the marketplace or accounting integrations you use.
- If you are unsure: Create a support request and ask for a package recommendation based on your needs.
Package Upgrades
Your package does not prevent your business from growing. You can move to a higher-tier package from your account at any time. During the upgrade, your store and data are preserved; only the new features are activated.
Module or Package Upgrade?
If you need only one feature, such as WhatsApp Support, purchasing that module separately from the Module Market may be more economical. If you need several higher-tier features, upgrading the package is generally more advantageous.
