Launching Your Store — Go-Live Steps
The process of safely launching your prepared store with its own domain name.
This article assumes that you have completed the preparations in the “Pre-Launch Checklist.”
Go-Live Sequence
- Final check: Confirm that every checklist item is complete, including store information, payment, shipping, legal texts, and the test order.
- Connect the domain: Follow the steps in the “Connecting Your Own Domain” article to complete the DNS routing and make sure the SSL certificate is installed.
- Repeat the test order on your own domain: Verify that the payment step and notification emails also work correctly on your
https://address. - Notify your payment provider of the new address: If your virtual POS application was submitted using a temporary address, inform PayTR, iyzico, or your other payment provider of the new domain. Some providers may restrict transactions to the registered domain.
- Complete search engine registration: Add your domain to Google Search Console and submit the sitemap address shown under SEO and AEO Settings → Sitemaps.
If You Are Migrating From an Old Website
- Match the most frequently visited page URLs on the old website with their new addresses and plan 301 redirects to preserve SEO value. You may ask the support team for assistance.
- Complete the migration of product and customer data from the old system before going live.
The First Week After Launch
- Check Reports and Analytics → Health Monitor regularly.
- Verify that order notifications are being delivered consistently.
- Monitor crawl errors in Google Search Console.
