Learn how your store license works, how renewal is handled, and how you access software updates.
How Does the License Work?
Your store operates with a license linked to the package you purchased. The license defines your package and the modules and themes you have purchased. Your store communicates with our license server regularly and keeps authorised features active automatically. No additional action is required from you.
Renewal
- You receive an email reminder as the end of the license period approaches.
- You can complete the renewal from your account on ihashop.com.
- If renewal is delayed, your store does not close immediately; however, updates and premium modules may be suspended. We recommend renewing on time to maintain uninterrupted service.
Software Updates
An active license gives you access to all software updates:
- When a new version is released, it appears under System Settings → Update Center in your panel.
- Read the release notes and click Update. The installation is completed automatically.
- Updates do not modify your existing data; they add new features and fixes.
Recommendation: Apply updates regularly. New features, performance improvements, and security fixes are available only in current versions.
Frequently Asked Questions
I purchased a module, but it does not appear in the panel. What should I do?
Refreshing the license information may take a few minutes. If the module still does not appear, sign out of the panel and sign in again. If the issue continues, create a support request.
Can I downgrade my package?
You can move to a lower package at the end of the current period. Features specific to the higher package are deactivated, while your existing data is preserved.
