4. Order Process
The customer creates an order by selecting a product or service on ihashop.com. The basic features of the product/service, price, taxes (if any), subscription period, payment method, and digital delivery details are displayed on the order screen.
The customer is obliged to read and accept the relevant agreements and information texts before confirming the order. According to the Ministry of Commerce regulations on distance contracts, the consumer must be informed before payment about the basic characteristics of the goods/services, seller details, total price, additional costs, and the right of withdrawal.
Confirming the order constitutes a transaction that triggers a payment obligation.
5. Pricing
Product and service prices are specified on ihashop.com or in proposals offered to the customer. Whether prices include or exclude VAT is displayed on the payment screen.
The Company reserves the right to make changes to campaigns, discounts, package contents, and prices. Changes do not retroactively affect completed and paid orders.
6. Payment
Payments are made using the payment methods available on ihashop.com. Credit cards, debit cards, bank transfers/EFT, or integrated payment processors may be used.
Licenses, installation, delivery, or subscriptions may not be initiated until the payment is successfully completed. The Company is not responsible for delays, rejections, security checks, or authorization issues arising from the payment provider.
7. Invoice
Following the purchase, an invoice/e-archive/e-invoice is issued based on the billing details provided by the customer. The customer is responsible for ensuring that the billing information is accurate and up to date.
The customer shall bear all responsibility arising from providing incorrect or incomplete billing details.
8. Digital Delivery and Activation
For digital products, delivery may be carried out through one or more of the following methods:
- Generation of the license key
- Assignment of the product/service to the customer account
- Activation of the product in the customer panel
- Initiation of software installation
- Sharing of the store URL and access credentials
- Linking of the theme or module license to the account
- Providing access to digital certificates or files
- Activation of the API/license verification system
Delivery can be performed automatically or manually depending on the nature of the product. Delivery times may vary if the order requires technical review, security checks, or installation planning.
9. Subscriptions
For subscription-based products, the customer is entitled to use the product during the chosen period. The subscription period begins after payment and activation.
Unless canceled, subscriptions may be renewed for the respective periods. If the customer cancels their subscription, they will continue to use the service until the end of the current billing cycle. No billing will occur in the subsequent period for a canceled subscription.
No refunds will be issued for the current active period.
10. Lifetime Licenses
Lifetime licenses provide an indefinite right of use, limited to the scope specified at the time of purchase. A lifetime license does not imply that support, hosting, domain, installation, updates, or third-party services will be provided indefinitely and free of charge.
The scope of a lifetime license is evaluated based on the product description and package conditions specified on the purchase screen.
11. Right of Withdrawal and Digital Product Exception
The customer acknowledges that they have been informed about the nature of the digital product at the time of purchase; and that the right of withdrawal and refund may be limited under legal exceptions once license creation, activation, download access, assignment to the customer account, initiation of installation/provisioning, or performance of the service has commenced.
Therefore, explicit consent is obtained from the customer on the purchase screen regarding the delivery or initiation of the performance of the digital product/service.
12. Technical Requirements
The customer is responsible for providing the necessary technical requirements for the purchased product or service to function. Issues arising from domains, DNS, hosting, servers, e-mail, third-party integrations, payment processor accounts, or similar external factors are not the responsibility of the Company.
The Company may provide technical guidance to the customer where it deems appropriate; however, it does not guarantee performance on third-party systems.
13. Support and Maintenance
The scope of support and maintenance services varies depending on the purchased package. Support services can only be provided within the scope of an active subscription, active support package, or purchased service.
Support requests are received through the customer panel, e-mail, or other channels specified by the Company.
14. Campaigns and Discounts
Campaigns, coupons, promotions, and discounts are valid only for the specified duration and conditions. Campaigns are not applied retroactively. The Company may cancel campaign usage if abuse is detected.
15. Rejection or Cancellation of Order
The Company may reject or cancel an order in the following cases:
- Failure to receive payment or failure to pass payment security checks
- Providing false, incomplete, or incorrect customer information
- Requested service being illegal or intended for abuse
- Technical impossibility of providing the service
- Obvious errors in stock/scope/product description
- Non-compliance with regulations or occurrence of security risks
In this case, if payment has been received but the service has not been initiated, a refund assessment will be conducted.
