Amazon Turkey Marketplace Integration
Use the IHASHOP Amazon Turkey Integration to list your products on amazon.com.tr; sync your pricing and inventory information, and track your Amazon Turkey orders from your IHASHOP dashboard.
Amazon Turkey is a major e-commerce channel with a strong, reliable, and broad customer base for businesses looking to sell in the Turkish market. However, Amazon’s rules regarding product type, mandatory attributes, visuals, and listing status differ from those of other marketplaces. If these differences are not managed properly, they can lead to product shipping errors, incomplete listings, and incorrect status assessments.
The IHASHOP Amazon Turkey Marketplace Integration connects your IHASHOP store to your Amazon Turkey seller account, consolidating product uploads, price and inventory synchronization, order retrieval, and product status tracking into a single dashboard.
This module is designed exclusively for the amazon.com.tr marketplace. There is no option to select a marketplace or currency; the system operates exclusively for the Turkish marketplace and in Turkish lira. As a result, this module avoids the complexities often encountered in global sales, such as currency conversion, selecting different country marketplaces, or sending prices in the wrong currency.
The Amazon connection is established using a modern authorization flow. The user clicks the “Connect to Amazon” button, grants the necessary permissions in their Amazon account, and the store connection is completed. Permanent Amazon access credentials are not stored on the customer’s server; only temporary, renewable access tokens are transferred to the store.
Amazon uses a product type logic instead of the traditional category tree. Products are mapped to product type codes such as SHIRT, LUGGAGE, or HOME_BED_AND_BATH. The selected product type determines the required attributes that Amazon requires for that product. If any of the required fields are missing, the product will not be submitted, and the missing field will be clearly indicated to the user.
Before submitting the product, the module checks the category/product type match, required attributes, price calculation, and image links. Only image URLs accessible via the internet and using HTTPS are sent to Amazon. If a valid image is not found, the product submission is halted, and the reason is noted on the product status screen.
When Amazon accepts a submission, the product is not immediately considered “live.” The “ACCEPTED” status merely indicates that the submission has been queued by Amazon. IHASHOP maintains this distinction; it marks the product as “submitted” first, rather than directly as “live.” Amazon’s subsequent processing results, warnings, and error codes can be tracked from the product status screen.
