Nilvera e-Invoice & e-Archive Integration

The IHASHOP Nilvera e-Invoice & e-Archive Integration integrates your e-commerce orders with your Nilvera account, allowing you to convert your sales invoices into legal e-Invoice or e-Archive documents.

For orders whose payment has been completed, invoices can be issued with a single click from the IHASHOP panel, or the invoice creation process can be automated. The system queries via Nilvera whether the buyer is an e-Invoice taxpayer and prepares the document as an e-Invoice or e-Archive according to the correct scenario.

Order lines, product prices, VAT rates, shipping fees, and discounts are accurately transferred to invoice items. When product prices are kept VAT-inclusive in IHASHOP, the system automatically calculates the net amount and VAT breakdown. This ensures that the invoice total is generated consistently with the order total.

The document number, transaction status, and PDF access of the issued invoice can be tracked on the IHASHOP order screen. Successful or failed invoice transactions can be monitored from the panel. This structure removes invoice tracking from manual workload in e-commerce operations and transforms it into a centralized, controlled, and sustainable process.

The Nilvera connection is established via REST API and OAuth2 Bearer infrastructure. Test and live environments can be configured separately. This way, before issuing live invoices, the connection, taxpayer query, and invoice submission flow can be verified in the test environment. Thanks to the queue-based transaction structure, duplicate invoice protection, and live invoice security lock, the system provides a secure infrastructure for professional e-commerce operations.
