Paraşüt e-Invoice & Pre-Accounting Integration

Paraşüt is one of the most widely used cloud-based bookkeeping and e-invoicing platforms in Turkey. The IHASHOP Paraşüt e-Invoicing & Bookkeeping Integration allows you to manage your e-commerce orders by integrating them with your Paraşüt account, enabling you to create invoices, track documents, and handle bookkeeping processes all from a single dashboard.

When a customer places an order and payment is completed, an invoice for the relevant order can be issued with a single click via IHASHOP, or the process can be automated. The system checks whether the recipient is an e-invoice taxpayer and prepares the document as either an e-invoice or an e-archive according to the appropriate scenario.

Order items, product prices, VAT rates, shipping costs, and discounts are accurately reflected in the invoice line items. When a VAT-inclusive pricing structure is used in IHASHOP, the system automatically calculates the net amount and VAT separately. This ensures that the total amount on the generated invoice matches the order total.

The issued invoice is processed through Paraşüt and simultaneously reflected on the IHASHOP order screen as the invoice number, document status, and transaction result. Thanks to this structure, sales, invoicing, and accounts receivable processes are transformed into a centralized, secure, and sustainable workflow rather than being tracked separately.

The Paraşüt integration is established via the REST API and OAuth2 infrastructure. The module is designed to meet professional needs, featuring support for both test and production environments, a queue-based transaction flow, duplicate invoice protection, and a live invoice security lock.
