Uyumsoft is one of the well-established integrators used in e-document and e-Invoice processes in Turkey. The IHASHOP Uyumsoft e-Invoice & e-Archive Integration enables you to convert your sales invoices into legal e-Invoice or e-Archive documents by integrating your e-commerce orders with the Uyumsoft infrastructure.
For orders whose payment has been completed, invoices can be issued with a single click from the IHASHOP panel, or the invoice creation process can be automated. The system queries whether the buyer is an e-Invoice taxpayer through Uyumsoft and prepares the document as an e-Invoice or e-Archive according to the correct scenario.
Order lines, product prices, VAT rates, shipping charges, and discounts are accurately transferred to the invoice items. When product prices are kept VAT-inclusive in IHASHOP, the system automatically calculates the net amount and VAT breakdown. Thus, the invoice total is created to be consistent with the order total.
The document number, status, and PDF access of the issued invoice can be tracked on the IHASHOP order screen. Successful or failed invoice operations become visible in the panel. This structure transforms invoice tracking in e-commerce operations from manual workload into a centralized, controlled, and traceable process.
The Uyumsoft connection can be configured with test and live environment support. Before issuing live invoices, connection verification can be performed in the test environment. Thanks to the queue-based working structure, duplicate invoice protection, and the live invoice security lock, the system provides a secure infrastructure for professional e-commerce operations.
