Product Management — Variants, Stock and Bulk Operations

Manage your products professionally - variant setup, stock tracking, bulk price updates, and importing.

For the basic steps of adding a product, refer to the “Add Your First Product” article. This article covers advanced topics in day-to-day product management.

How to Set Up Variants Correctly

  1. Catalog Management → Attributes: Define attributes such as size, color, and number, together with their values, once. The defined attributes can then be reused across all products.
  2. Create variants in the product form and assign a separate SKU, price, and stock quantity to each combination, such as Black-42.
  3. Assign color-based variant images so that the product image changes automatically when the customer selects a color.

SKU discipline is important: Marketplace synchronization and the IHA CRM integration match products through the SKU or barcode.

Stock Management

  • Stock decreases automatically when the order payment is received. If the order is cancelled, the relevant quantity is returned to stock.
  • Out-of-stock products are displayed as Out of Stock on the storefront. Customers can request a notification when the product becomes available again.
  • If you use the IHA CRM Integration, your store stock remains synchronized with the CRM warehouse.

Bulk Operations

  • Bulk Actions → Bulk Price Update: Apply percentage- or amount-based price increases and discounts to all products or to a selected category.
  • Bulk Actions → Bulk Product Operations: Change fields such as status and category for multiple products at the same time.
  • Bulk Actions → Bulk Product Import: Import products from a CSV or Excel file. You can contact the support team for assistance when migrating from another platform.

Product Reviews

Customer reviews are collected under Catalog Management → Product Reviews and are not published until approved. Product reviews provide valuable social proof, so we recommend reviewing them regularly, approving suitable submissions, and responding where appropriate.
